In Pennsylvania Every Home that is Bought or Sold requires a Wood Destroying Insect Inspection (WDI Report)
This inspection in my opinion does not accurately give a complete analyses of the property, Just because the Wood Destroying Insects are not present doesn't mean PESTS are not! The meaning of PEST is any unwanted creature.
