Choosing A Home to buy is a Painstaking process, Market research, Neighborhood details, School Districts. But this is just the Beginning.
The Main Food sources for most insects are water and decomposing organic materials! So when buying a Home one should evaluate what types of vegetation are on the property. Too many First time Home Owners don't know what it takes to maintain the environment around the Home.
If you lead a busy lifestyle you may want to consider a Home with a small yard with little vegetation that requires less attention. For those that lead a more laid back life a large yard and gardens are a great way to relieve stress.
Remember everything green on the outside is a food source or home for things living outside.
I suggest doing your research about a plant before buying it and putting it on your property don't buy it because it's pretty or on sale at your local market, it may end up being the plant the Black Widow lives near or it might be food for something you don't want lurking around your home!!
