Time to clean those gutters
Keep all wood piles away from the foundation
No standing water
Make sure the water hose has no leaks
No more than 3 inch deep mulch
Dehumidifier in the basement
Keep Bird feeders away from the house
Keep Grills away from the house
Check all screens for tares

However mice tranmit diseases, causes fires by eating or chewing electrical wires.
